Roof Cleaning and House Washing in Columbia, TN

Roof washing house washing

We were called upon to prep this house in Columbia, Tn to go to market. We started with a low pressure roof wash, which utilized our special detergents and soaps to remove those unsightly black streaks from the shingles. We then applied our house Wash mix to the trim and siding to completely eradicate any organic growth that had built up over the last few years. Our final step is applying our Plant Wash to the surrounding vegetation. This is an important step of the process, because it not only neutralizes our cleaning solution, but it also fertilizes the plants through the leaves while coating them with a buffering agent. It also adds back vital nutrients at the base of the plants, helping beneficial bacteria repopulate the soil.
